SUSAN GRAVES
Office Manager, Bookkeeper, and Executive Assistant
Ms. Graves has been with VCS for over 12 years, and she manages all aspects of the daily administrative operations of the company. Ms. Graves oversees all contractual issues and licensing of CompuPawn. She is the primary point of contact with all customers regarding any accounting and bookkeeping issues. Ms. Graves is the primary manager of the company's receivables. Additionally, Ms. Graves oversees all purchasing and inventory issues and directs Mr. Arellano in his duties of the same. She also jointly manages payroll and time and attendance with Mr. Arellano and ensures all company records are organized and easily accessible to all management staff members who have authorized access. Furthermore, Ms. Graves is Mr. Howell's executive assistant where she aids him with many tasks pertaining to the management of the office and building common areas.
