DENNIS COMEAUX
Senior Support Engineer
Mr. Comeaux is responsible for all high-level technical support issues, release cycles, and all quality assurance of new product development at CSI. His tenure at VCS spans over 15 years and his depth of knowledge of the pawnshop, check advance, and check cashing industries is extensive. He has the most in-depth knowledge of all staff members in the inner-workings of the CompuPawn product and is responsible for ensuring compliance with various governmental agencies.

Mr. Comeaux brings his experience to bear on all compliancy issues with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) for maintaining accurate firearm logs; the Truth in Lending Act, (TILA) for proper APR and TILA disclosures; the Graham-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999 for privacy issues; the recent Patriot Act for real-time screening of terrorists and narcotic traffickers; and various local and state agencies.
Mr. Comeaux’s duties also encompass all aspects of technical support with a primary emphasis on accounting related questions and calls. He is versed in all supported accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Solomon Accounting, and MAS90. With his senior experience, he is adept at troubleshooting the most difficult technical calls. Prior to joining VCS in 1990, Mr. Comeaux earned a bachelors degree in Business Administration from The University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 1986. A Louisiana native, his hobbies include sports and movies. He is a devoted husband and father of four children.
